Make sure to place your candle on a small tray before burning
Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting
Leave the candle lit at least 3 to 4 hours for the first time to avoid 'tunneling'
Do not burn the candles for more than 4 hours at a time

Use a snuffer to put out the flame
